Welcome to Paashh, a house built on the belief that true luxury lies in intention. Whether you are reserving a table at one of our cafés, gathering with us for a celebration, or bringing our thoughtfully made pieces into your home, these Terms & Conditions describe the relationship between you and Paashh, and the courtesies and responsibilities we each extend to the other.

These Terms govern your use of our websites at paashh.com and shop.paashh.com (together, the “Site”), your reservations and visits to our cafés, and every purchase you make through our online store. Please read them with care. By accessing the Site, booking a table, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If any part does not sit well with you, we kindly ask that you refrain from using the Site or our services.

1. Definitions

• “Paashh,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Paashh Enterprises and its cafés, online store, brands, sub-brands, and duly authorised affiliates.
• “You” or “Guest” refers to any person who visits the Site, reserves a table, attends our cafés, or purchases our products.
• “Café” or “Cafés” refers to our physical spaces in Mumbai and Pune, and any location we may open in future.
• “Store” refers to our online store hosted at shop.paashh.com, through which we offer fashion, home décor, pantry, and allied products.
• “Products” refers to the goods offered for sale through the Store or at the Cafés, including apparel, décor, and pantry items.
• “Content” refers to all text, imagery, design, photography, artwork, logos, and other material appearing on the Site or in our communications.

2. The World of Paashh

Paashh is a single philosophy expressed across two experiences. Our cafés in Mumbai and Pune invite you to slow down over food crafted with care. Our online store carries that same intention home through rooted fashion in linen and handwoven cotton, handcrafted home décor, and mindful pantry essentials. Some offerings, such as our bakery, may be introduced in stages. These Terms apply across all of it, save where a section is expressed to apply only to the Café or only to the Store.

3. Eligibility

The Site and the Store are intended for use by persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or who transact under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is true, current, and complete.

4. The Café Experience Reservations & Visits

Reservations

Tables may be reserved through the Site, our reservation partners, or by contacting the respective café directly. We kindly request that you arrive close to your reserved time. As a courtesy to you and to guests who follow, tables held beyond a reasonable grace period may be released. Reservations are confirmed subject to availability.

Gatherings, celebrations & special setups

For birthdays, anniversaries, private gatherings, or bespoke décor, prior coordination with the café is required. Such arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation of pricing, and we may request an advance towards larger events or special setups. Where circumstances beyond our reasonable control require a change, we will communicate with you transparently and work to find a gracious alternative.

Conduct & the comfort of others

Paashh is a space of pause, and we ask every guest to help preserve it. We reserve the right to decline entry or service where conduct compromises the safety, dignity, or comfort of our team or fellow guests. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Photography & media

Personal photography for your own memories is warmly welcome. Professional or commercial shoots including pre-wedding, editorial, product, or model shoots require prior booking and written approval.

Payments at the Café

All bills are payable before departure. We accept cash, UPI, cards, and other modes displayed at the café. Applicable taxes and any service charges, where levied, will be reflected on your invoice.

5. The Online Store Orders & Purchases

Our products, honestly represented

Our pieces are made in linen, handwoven cotton, natural fibres, and handcrafted materials. We photograph and describe them as faithfully as we can; even so, colour, weave, grain, and finish may vary gently from screen to hand. Slight irregularities are not defects they are the signature of natural material and human craft, and part of what makes each piece its own.

Pricing & taxes

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing error and to revise prices, offers, and collections at our discretion. Where a price is corrected after you have ordered, we will inform you and offer you the choice to confirm or cancel before dispatch.

Order acceptance

Each order is an offer by you to purchase. Acceptance occurs, and a contract is formed, only when we confirm dispatch not merely upon payment or order acknowledgement. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept, decline, or limit any order, including where stock is unavailable, where a listing contained an error, or where we suspect the order is not made in good faith.

Payments

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. Your payment information is handled by these providers under their own security standards; Paashh does not store your full card details. You confirm that any payment instrument used is lawfully yours.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping across India. Orders are dispatched through reputed courier partners, and estimated timelines are shared at checkout or by email. Please note that during festive periods, adverse weather, or other conditions beyond our control, delivery may be delayed; where this occurs, we will do our sincere best to reach you promptly. Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.

International orders: where we accept orders for delivery outside India, applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges are borne by you, and the exchange and warranty courtesies described below apply on a limited basis as set out in Section 7.

7. Exchanges, Warranty & the Nature of Handcrafted Goods

Because our garments are made thoughtfully and in considered quantities, our exchange terms are set out plainly below so there is no ambiguity.

Exchange window

You may exchange an eligible item within thirty (30) days of purchase for a different size or style, provided it is returned with its original tags, in its original box and packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Kindly note your desired exchange piece and size on the invoice. The exchange piece must be of equal or higher value; where you prefer, we will issue a credit note for future use.

Condition of returned items

• Items must carry their original tags and be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Items must be free of any scent of perfume, deodorant, or detergent, and free of make-up or tan marks.
• Altered or customised garments are not eligible for exchange.
• Sale items are final no exchange and no return applies to items purchased on sale.
• Domestic orders may be exchanged for size up to three (3) times.
• Exchanges and returns are not available on international orders.

Refunds & cancellations

Please choose mindfully. We do not offer refunds or entertain cancellation requests once an order is placed. Eligible concerns are resolved by exchange or credit note, as described here and under the warranty below.

Product warranty

Products purchased directly through the Store carry a limited warranty against genuine manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) days from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

Within the Warranty Period, where a manufacturing defect is established, we will, at our sole discretion, repair the item, replace it with a new or equivalent piece, or issue a credit note. Where the item is no longer available, a store credit may be offered in its place.

What the warranty does not cover

• Normal wear and tear, colour fading, or the natural ageing of materials.
• Damage from improper use, negligence, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons.
• Damage from exposure to moisture, heat, chemicals, or other extreme conditions.
• Minor irregularities inherent to handcrafted or natural-material goods, which are characteristics rather than faults.

Making a claim

To raise a warranty claim, write to us at pune@paashh.com within the Warranty Period with proof of purchase, a description of the concern, and supporting images or video. Claims made after the Warranty Period cannot be entertained. Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or credit note, and does not extend to any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

8. Intellectual Property

Paashh, the Paashh name, logo, and marks, together with all Content including collection names such as Pravah, photography, artwork, copy, and design are the property of Paashh Enterprises or its licensors, and are protected under applicable law. You are welcome to admire, share, and link to our Content; you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Community & User Content

When you tag us, review our pieces, or share content featuring Paashh including through @paashh.india you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to repost or feature that content across our channels, with credit where practicable. You may ask us to take down your content at any time. You confirm that anything you share is your own and does not infringe the rights of others.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site and Store lawfully and in good faith. You may not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Site; misuse promotional offers or coupon codes; place fraudulent or speculative orders; or use the Site in any way that could harm Paashh, our guests, or our partners.

11. Third-Party Links, Platforms & Partners

Our Store operates on a third-party commerce platform, and the Site may reference reservation partners, payment gateways, couriers, and links to external sites. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, practices, or policies of these third parties. Your engagement with them is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We take genuine care in everything we make and publish, yet we cannot warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or entirely free of error, or that every listing is complete or current. The Site, its content, and our Products are offered on an “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paashh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss including loss of profit, opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the Products. In every case, our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value paid by you for the relevant Product or service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, nor does it affect your statutory rights.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paashh Enterprises, its founders, team, and partners from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

15. Changes to These Terms

Paashh may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect the evolution of our offerings or changes in law. The current version will always be available on the Site, and your continued use following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to revisit this page from time to time.
